. Because our carbon frames, wheelsets, etc, are of big size, so the packages are of very big measure, and deliveried by TNT, DHL, UPS, Fedex will be of very high delivery cost. So we usually choose EMS, or China Post (whose shipping cost is calculated on only real weight, not the package`s size).

· Usually EMS cost to these countries/areas is cheaper: Asia, UK, France, Spain, Belgium, Australia, North America. It need about 5-7 work days.

· Deliver to Portugal, Italy, Netherland, East Europe or Africa, South America, we usually deliver by China Post Air Parcel. It need 10-25 work days.

· If customers want to ship via TNT, DHL, UPS, we also can help you with that(freight prepaid here or freight collect)

. Please send us your shipping address, post code and contact telephone number (important)when you place your order. Please let us know if your delivery address if it is not the one shown on Alibaba.

. When we deliver out the items via EMS, or China Post Air Parcel. (door to door service). The tracking number, track website and PI for customs clearance will be sent to you by email.
